Cancellation Policy
There is a strict policy against cancellations, meaning no cancellations are accepted. Cancellations are not accepted due to the high volume of services offered and the limited number of events that can be planned each month. Once you have booked your event and paid your deposit, the date and time are confirmed, and planning for your event will commence immediately. Therefore, please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the event planner via email or registered mail.
If the client cancels the event, all payments made to the event planner will be non-refundable.
If the event planner (Luxurious Layouts LLC) cancels the event due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions). In that case, the event planner (Luxurious Layouts LLC) will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client.
If the event planner cancels the event due to non-payment of fees by the client, the client will not be entitled to any refund.
The event planner reserves the right to cancel the event at any time if the client breaches any of the terms and conditions in the contract.
The event planner will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by the client or their guests in relation to the canceled event.
In the event of a dispute arising out of the cancellation of the event, the matter will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the event was to take place.
If you need to cancel your event, you are permitted to reschedule your event once, subject to availability on your preferred date. Your deposit will be applied towards the new date chosen, provided that we are not already servicing someone else on that date. Please note that there may be additional fees associated with rescheduling, depending on the rescheduling dates and your desired date.By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood this non-refundable cancellation policy and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
